Request a fresh link if the previous email is missing, expired or already used.

Use the email address you registered with. Verification links work once and expire after 24 hours; password reset links also expire and can be replaced.
Check spam or junk folders and confirm the spelling of your email before requesting another link.

Request a verification linkChoose a new password using the reset email, then return to sign in.
Request a password resetEnter your authenticator’s current six-digit code. If your authenticator is unavailable, choose “Use a recovery code” at the verification step. If both are unavailable, contact support from your account email; do not send passwords or recovery codes.
Return to sign inOpen Account to check access, manage billing or cancel a renewal. Choose Cancel membership and confirm; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Open your membershipA checkout return alone does not confirm payment or activate access. Refresh your membership details after a short wait. If the status remains pending, contact support with your order or subscription reference before starting another payment.
After submitting an answer in a question session, open the explanation and select Report an issue. In the Question Bank’s learning tools, select Report a problem.
Choose the closest issue type and add the detail needed to investigate it. The in-product report keeps the question reference attached automatically.
Once signed in, the Account page is the place to manage your Student membership and available billing controls, the separate Viva add-on, your profile, study goals, display preferences and security settings.
Open Account and use the billing or add-on controls shown for your membership.

Open profile settingsTo request a copy, correction or removal of your personal information, email support from the address on your account. State which request you are making. Support may need to confirm your identity.
Request help with your informationResetting progress keeps your account and saved study assets. Deactivation signs you out and disables the account immediately. The separate removal or de-identification commitment and request process are described in the Privacy Policy.
